Continue full backup after failure?
Hello, I am making a backup of my RAID-1 RN102 (with 2 2TB WD red hdds) running ReadyNas 10.6.2 to a HDD (10TB WD green)connected via usb3 (on the back). The backup failed with a message (failed to get status of file error) on a syncthing config log file. I removed the entire syncthing log directory. Is it possible to continue the full backup after having fixed the problem or do I have start all over again?
I do not understand why the backup cannot continue with other files and list the problems in the log file. That way, I could run incremental backups after having fixed all problems, if necessary.
I agree, it should get the data that was not backed up from the last session. The next backup job is incremental.
Regards

If the backup job is configured as incremental (after the first run), then you should be able to just run it again - and it shouldn't re-copy the files that are already on the backup disk.
