I believe you have an RN424. Do you also see an RN42400 label?
Have you tried installing RAIDar and seeing if you could get the log zip file from RAIDAr? It might also be able to run the diagnostics.
Yes it is RN 42400 , while powering up it only showing booting on the Display
There are several causes, most are disk-related.
See if RAIDar lets you run the diags or get the log zip.
If it doesn't, then try powering down the NAS and remove the disks (labeling them by slot as you take them out). Then power up, and see if the NAS reports a no-disks status.
BTW, make sure the NAS is powered down then you put the disks back.
