Crashplan unable to connect
Hello there,
I've moved house and ISP provider. Crashplan now fails to connecto to CrashPlan central. I can ping the internet from the NAS, the service seems up and no specific errors logged that I can see - but I have no logs since 6 days ago which is when the backup stopped.
Restarting the service produce no errors but still no connection available.
Any help please?
Thanks
tony

Crashplan also pushed 4.6.0 this month - do you know if your system has been upgraded yet?
I suggest starting with a support request from code42.

Yes it has. I've updated my pc as well but no change.
I'll ask code42 thanks.Probably unrelated but... When I powered the NAS back in the new home it went into boot mode, I rebooted and went into boot mode again. I couldn't even navigate through the menus - unless I was just doing it wrong. Rebooted again and it was fine.
Now all is fine BUT if I SSH into the unit it takes about 20s before it asks for the password. If I sFTP into it, it times out most of the time. When it eventually connect, it then works but when I transfer some files, it takes ages to begin, most of the time it times out.
Could this be somehow related?

Disk health is fine. No errors reported by NAS. I can access my shares with no delay and no issues.
If I'm not mistaken the OS partition is not full, see below
