There are problems mounting your volume. I can see that your volume is extremely full.
Perhaps you could try booting into volume read-only mode (a boot menu option).
Do you have a backup?

Resyncing is complete. I rebooted the NAS and the volume is now appearing again
I have 4x4TB now but it seems like that the new HD is not taken altough it's online. What should I do? Should I remove it and insert it again?

I just proceeded, I turned off the NAS again, removed the 4th HD and when it booted up the status went to DEGRADED. I plugged again the 4th Hard Drive and now it is re-syncing again. This is very odd, I mean I expected that new HD will increase the total capactiy. Let's say it at least I have the data.
What are your recommendations? Thanks a lot!

Sometimes the NAS makes the added disk a "spare" - I don't understand the mechanism for that choice.
You won't see the volume expansion until the end of the resync, so for now you need to wait.
