Data usage does not match actual data on shares

Firmware 6.1.8
I only have 3 shares and I have used both windows and Winstatdir to see how much each share uses, total comes to around 1TB on all three shares, however ReadyNAS shows I'm using 1.6TB with only 143GB free! I'm definitely not using anywhere near that amount as stated before, not sure how it's calculating this.
What tools are available to me to correct the issue?
I did move around a lot of files by doing a cut/paste recently, not sure if this caused this.
The files were being from from one share to another, they have definitely been deleted from the old share.
