Hello jatx,
It does appear that you are having trouble enabling the Dropbox cloud feature of the NAS. Please make there are 2 green check marks on Internet and Service on the Cloud tab of the NAS. As for the Dropbox setup please go here. You may also attach screenshot of the Dropbox setting and the error message you are getting.

Also, as what evan2 asked, are you able to access https://www.dropbox.com directly on your web browser?
