Dual Disk Failure this morning w/ X-Raid 6 (still alive), but now what?

I just got a couple nice Alert messages at 3:32 this morning that the disks in Channel 3 and 4 of my ReadyNAS Pro Pioneer (running 6.4.1) have failed.  They aren't responding to SMART queries on the device.

As I copy off the last TB that isn't backed up (non important data), what is my next course of action?  Are the drives truly bad?  Seems peculiar that they both failed at the exact same time.  Is it possible my device/cables/board just had a hiccup and it's not the drives?

If I were to reboot the NAS, and the drives come back up, is it better to do the rebuild of both drives at once, or one and then the other (pull one before booting back up).

If it matters, this is a 6x8tb (Seagate Archive) RAID 6 with X-RAID.  I know a rebuild will take a good week with these, so I'm preparing for the worst.

You could try hooking these two disks up to your PC and testing them using SeaTools.

These disks are not designed for use in RAID and designed for more limits usage than disks we would recommend

It is possible that multiple disks may fail at the same time.

I guess my question is, is it less intensive to place both drives into the array to rebuild, or should I only do one at a time?  I have 2 new drives coming in case they are actually dead... but I have a suspicion that its something else in my 5+ year old NAS that may have given out.

And yes, I know the Seagates aren't meant for RAID, but this raid rarely gets written to, and it's been chugging along just fine (until now) for a year.

Well testing the disks using SeaTools would be a good start. If the disks are bad I wouldn't try adding them back in.

The NAS would only process adding one at a time anyway, I think.
