Duo drops off network after boot

Thanks for your advice Stephen.
I raised a case (free of charge!) and the advice back was:
Option 1 - reset to factory default
Option 2 - insert a new HDD into slot 1 and see if problem persists
I tried option 2 and the problem was still there, so I then chose option 1!!!
Now transferring the back-up copy onto the NAS!
I appreciate the importance of the backup now.....
