Duo v1 with no files access
Recently upgraded one my computer's and ISP service with new router. I can't access my files on my share or my USB drives attached to my NAS on any of my computers.
Currently getting this error: NAS is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.
Logon Failure: account currently disabled.
Can access Front view via HTTP: Currently running RAIDiator 4.1.13. Looking at the other post I see I'm way behind on firmware and when I do remote update is says I have the latest.
Current set up is 2 Seagate Barracuda 2 TB 5900RPM SATA 3Gb/s 32 MB Cache 3.5-Inch Internal Desktop Hard Drive ST320005N4A1AS
inside a RND2000 v2
Primary OS's are Win 7 Home, Win 7 Pro and Win 8.1
How do I get the ability to map my drives again?
How do I update to the newest firmware?

- StephenBGuru - Experienced UserYou have a duo v1, so you should update your title and profile accordingly. See this guide: http://www.rnasguide.com/2012/01/09/how ... -or-nv-v2/
Also, your v1 is running the current firmware.
What happens if you enter \\nas-ipaddress into the windows explorer address bar (not IE, and note the direction of the slashes). - turbogunnerAspirantSame error.
- StephenBGuru - Experienced UserIs the account you are using configured on the NAS?
Is there are share on the NAS which has the same name as the use name you are logging in with? - turbogunnerAspirantHave share with user name.
- StephenBGuru - Experienced UserTry renaming that share.
- turbogunnerAspirant:D Fixed the issue. Thanks for the help and the knowledge.
