Thanks for offering your input guys, we really appreciate the help.
Our engineers worked with gndobson to get the issue resolved. It turned out to be a Windows server map drive issue with the ReadyNAS. In some instances of Windows server, old user information would get cached on the system and wouldn't allow new users to map a drive with their new credentials, so the old user information somehow kept showing up. To solve and test this issue, we mapped from a different machine and new users were able to access the OLC share just fine.
