Perhaps try again with a different thumb drive.
Why were you doing a USB recovery? Generally there aren't many problems that will solve.
Behause yesterday i Turn The and off, today when i Start it cames directly the usb boot failed error

Are you saying that you just shut the system down yesterday (not changing anything), and that today the system is giving you the error boot message?
What USB devices do you have connected to the system?
Yes that is what i say, just shut down. nothing usb devisec, only network cable to router
Is your RN104 still under warranty (3 years for the original purchaser)?
