/etc/init.d scripts missing OS 6.8.0

Weird problem:

Two nearly identical RNDP6000/6 Pro

unit #2: new disks installed (prior to #1), installed OS 6.6.1, data copied, upgraded to OS 6.8.0, made config backup from frontview.

unit #1: new disks installed, installed OS 6.8.0, config restored via frontview from backup of unit#2, and data rsynced.

Problem: contents of /etc/init.d/ differ, so "service ssh status" fails on unit #1.

Does anyone know if installing 6.6.1 then upgrading to 6.8.0 is supposed to give different contents than a fresh install with 6.8.0 (ie. has Netgear dropped some contents which is retained if upgrading)?

Anyway, I've rsynced the scripts over, and everything's copacetic.

Contents were as follows:

unit #1:

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root   39 Aug 25 00:34 .depend.boot
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root   24 Aug 25 00:34 .depend.start
