What might be the reason that the setup-pages aren't browseable ?I'm using FF 23.0.1 and especially for the System/Settings page this very annoyingAny solution ?

Negative, I only have FF available :-(The Apps / Available Apps is a second page suffering from the missing vertical browse bar

Two finger scrolling works fine on my Mac. I guess I'll check to see if I can see the issue on Windows.

I just checked using Windows and could not reproduce this issue. When I moved my mouse under the Refresh button on that page I could see a scrollbar appear.
