Final 6.2.1 update causing LAN instability/sluggishness
After upgrading to 6.2.1 on an RN314, the network adapters no longer appear in the UI. In general it looks like the network parameters were reset. I can only recover the device by letting my router assign an IP with DHCP. Any ideas on how to get the network adapters in the UI? or even control them from the command line?
thanks

- _frantic_AspirantMy router has no port forwardings at all.
Extra software:
- LMS Logitech Media Server
- CCU Historian
- Ubiquiti UniFi video
- Ubiquiti UniFi controller
...UniFi controller is new, there was no reboot since installing it (until today of course).

- nsneVirtuosoHere: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/26242
... although that should probably be in the "6.2.1 Release Notes" thread where this issue first came to light. :-) - matmarGuideSame here router issue and nas not visible on my computer win 7
- _frantic_AspirantAs mentioned in nsne's other posting:
After upgrading my 312 from 6.2 to 6.2.1 strange things occurred: the router (AVM Fritz!Box 7240) got hung up. I had to power cycle it.
Since then all network traffic seems to come to a halt, while the 312 is connected to the LAN.
I am not able to connect to the NAS. OS reinstall did not help.
Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD - SimonCraddockAspirantI upgraded my 312 tonight, now I have no UI at all. I can access shares just fine. Is there a way to load the OS without having to wipe everything?
- vandermerweMasterYour problem isn't the same as the others in the thread, I think.
What happens when you try to access the GUI, and how are you doing this? (https://ipaddressofnas) in a browser or Readycloud?
Have you cleared your browser cache? - SimonCraddockAspirantI just get "This web page is not available".
I have Plex installed whish is running fine, just no NAS UI. I tried a OS re-install but it's still not presenting a UI.
Access is https://ip, but now remote access isn't working either via Readycloud.
Edit: Readycloud is working. - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredSounds like broken apache config.
Do you have a backup? Can you access your data? - _frantic_AspirantI brought my RN312 to another site. It started up.
Rear panel Ethernet port LEDs are green on / green flashing permanently (hm, according to the hardware guide, it should be green blinking / amber off).
But since then, the internet router got into an infinite boot loop at this site too (AVM Fritz!Box 6360 cable).
I can log into Admin Page. The Network interfaces tab is empty.
Logs do not show any error messages.

Something seems to be wrong with this connmand.
I think it is some kind of network connection manager, but I do not have a clue.
The change date of /usr/sbin/connmand is 2014-12-17 02:46:07
Any idea, what I should do from this point on?
Kind regards, frantic
