Most likely Firefox 8 is incompatible with some versions of RAIDiator, possibly even 4.1.8
Firefox 8 release date is this month, I think whereas 4.1.8 was released a few months or so ago. So changes in Firefox 8 could well have broken compatibility with Frontview. If so, one would hope this would be addressed in the upcoming 4.1.9 release.
Another possibility if the upload completed and you were told to reboot and did so, could be that Frontview was cached. In Firefox, clearing the cache should have been enough to correct this if this was the problem.
