Hi, I have tried to update to firmware 6.4.0, but de new firmware is not installed. The internet installation as well as the offline installation started with the upload of the software and ended...
Please use this article to resolve RN100/RN2120 checksum issues with upgrading the firmware to 6.4.0 or newer:
it is normal for the nas to reboot after the firmware install
just wait while the nas is rebooting
access the admin page via radar or refresh the webpage, clear the cache of browser
