Support had me remove and test the drives using Seatools. One (of 3) appears to be bad. They recommended restarting the NAS and obtaining and sending them the logs to try to determine whether the P/S failure was the cause of the drive failure. I assume, but have asked them to be on the safe side, that they mean restarting it with only the two viable drives installed, in their original positions. It will probably take them a day to get back. Can anyone confirm in the interim that my assumption is correct? Thanks.
