FrontView doesn't work on any webbrowsers
I've got a dead drive in my raid setup and I'm trying to log into my ReadyNAS Ultra 6 Plus and all I can get is a half loaded web page with Javascript errors. I'm on Win7 and I've tried IE, Firefox, and Chrome all give the same issue. How can I get logged in and repair my volume?

- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredHow did you find there was a dead drive?
Looking in RAIDar or at the display on the front of the NAS?
Or did you get an email?
Can you still access your data?
Welcome to the forum! - snedAspirantThe front LED display says volume C unprotected and one of the drive icons showing an X. And RAIDar reports one of the 4 drives I have is yellow with a + through the icon. My box is on 4.2.26 currently, and I was going to try to upgrade to the latest firmware but can't get in.

- snedAspirantYes, the volume is intact and accessible, just no longer protected by the spare drive.
- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredCan you power down the NAS and remove the dead drive and then see if the NAS will boot without it? Can you then access Frontview?
- snedAspirantRemoving the dead disk enabled frontview to resume working. Drive replaced and volume successfully resynched. Thanks for the assistance.
