Frontview tells me to contact costumer service? readynas duo

When ik try to access frontview it tells me "system error: contact costumer service". I already tried a firmware reinstall and even a factory reset. None of it works. Anyone an idea ?

    I assume you have opened a support case? (Since it is telling you to do that?)
