Getting Error 0x80070027: Disk is full
Hi I just installed my ReadyNAS NV+ V2. I'm trying to copy all my music from my PC to the NAS, but I'm getting the error message 0x80070027 all the time and when I just push try again it continues withou problems. Every time I do something on my PC like starting a new program or a simple command i get this error. I also get it when not doing anything else on my computer, just letting the copyjob run.
Its rather frustrating, I cant sit and babywatch the copy job for like 60Gb of data.
My 2x 2TB disks are newly installed and completely empty, so its not the space. In addition i think the copy process is rather slow, im just getting 9 Mb/sec. So is there a way to improve this in addition to an errorfree copy?

- ianlloyd100AspirantAnother unhappy customer... All latest Patches/Firmware, randomly get the disk full error, until you press the magic 'Try Again' button....

Feeling lost. - trevskiAspirantMe too.
Annoying Disk is full error, defeats the whole object of having it in the first place.
No answers from support.
I am now going to return my ReadyNas Duo V2 to supplier.
Support is not good - aotearoasteveAspirantYep same problem here, have raised a support case. Not happy with dirty workarounds.
OS reinstall made no difference, neither did changing from x-raid to flex-raid JBOD set-up.

Troubleshooting suggestions such as trying a direct-connect help to isolate the cause of a problem. - aotearoasteveAspirantHi mdgm,
By dirty workarounds I mean robocopy or similar app to hit "retry" for me :)

NeadyNAS duo v2 diskless with single seagate 2TB - Han_SoloTutorJust wanted to let everyone know that we are currently looking into this issue. As soon as we have something to try we will give everyone in this thread a heads up so you can see if the fix works for you or if we have a workaround that you can use temporarily.
- aotearoasteveAspirantThanks Han,
Sounds like this problem has been around since last year for some users, with no known cause/fix as yet.
I have uploaded my NAS logs and am at the "Telnet enabled" L3 investigation stage of my support case, and will probably give it another week before I approach my retailer to ask for a refund.
Over the next week I'll happy work with the support team on this, but will draw a line at 2 weeks of ownership & no progress. Will update this forum with any promising developments / outcomes as or if they occur :D
Further info:
I have tested the following variations:
-Laptop directly connected to the NAS
-Desktop directly connected to the NAS
-Different harddrive in the NAS (still a Seagate model though)
-With various RAID configurations (x-raid & Flex-raid in JBOD)
-After OS reinstall
-After Factory reset - aotearoasteveAspirantAs of this afternoon I have had no communication indicating progress from netgear support, nor any indication of how long they were going to take, so am returning to my supplier. Will now see if they want to replace it with like or offer me a refund.
I could not even get netgear support to advise if this looked like a hardware fault, or a known issue. From this forum & google it looks like a known issue.
