google blocked connection

Hello,

At first, I had to tell that I'm not a owner of a Netgear NAS. For years ago I was invited by a friend to share some folders on his NetgearNAS through Ready Cloud. Although it was very difficult in the beginning in order to establish a connection, but that is finally succeeded. After the last update Netgear / Ready Cloud I can't log in with my Google Chrome. Finally managed it well with Microsoft Edge. Do you have any idea how it is that I can't log in with Chrome ( the connection remains stabbing at: connect to the website, please wait ) . Kind regards, Edgetoetsenist

    Hi Edgetoetsenist,

Probably it's a cached content that's why using another browser or browser access resolved the problem. Here is the link for the updated release notes of the 6.5.0 Firmware.

    Kind regards,

    Hey,

Did you upgrade your ReadyCLOUD account to a NETGEAR account? After you upgrade your account to a NETGEAR account, you need to try logging in to the MyNETGEAR account and confirm if you have access to your friends' box. If you see your friends box but it is offline, your friend may not have upgraded their stuff yet.

      Hey Kohdee,

Yes we did all. When I'm using MS Edge as a browser everthing is okay.

But it's so curious that Chrome give's that refusal.

Ofcourse, using Edge ensures the use of Readycloud but.... it's weird that Google refuses to connect.

I only use Chrome to access ReadyCLOUD.

Can you screen shot the error and show it?  can you try incognito mode on Chrome?
