Hard Disk Crashed on Computer Downloaded New Raidar Problems
Clean install on iMac. Down loaded newest version of Raidar which sees my NV+ fine and reports condition. Problem is when I try to connect it ask me for a username and password. I don't think I set one up but it wont let me in with just "admin". Is there a default?
If not, can I get on another computer I had connected and see the settings somehow so I can find the username and password (if any)? If so, how?
Thanks
John

- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredDefault password is mentioned here: http://www.readynas.com/kb/faq/boot/what_is_the_frontview_default_login_and_password_after_a_factory_default
If you can't get in, try the suggestions here: http://www.readynas.com/kb/faq/boot/how_do_i_reset_my_readynas_admin_password which reset the admin password and leave data intact.

Thanks again! - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredYou're welcome.
I should have added that I do recommend you change the password from the default admin password. You can reset the password if you forget it.
