TLS should not affect your ability to access files, except via HTTPS. Normal access via SMB is affected by SMB1 being all the NAS offers. So which is it you are trying to solve? Inability to access files (SMB issue), or inability to access Frontview (TLS issue)?

I resolved the TLS issue by connecting with Firefox. Its accessing the box on Windows to upload and move files.
Thanks

SMB is the more common way, letting you access the files in File Explorer

So the problem is accessing the files on a Windows PC? In the search box, type "Turn Windows features on and off". The top option should be a control panel item with that name. Select it, then scroll down to find the box to enable SMB 1.0. I believe you do have to reboot for it to take effect.
