HDD Replacement - Expected Rebuild Time
Hi, I have a Netgear Utlra 6 with 5x2TB drives and 1x3TB drive. I removed one of my 2TB drives and then replaced it with a brand new 3TB drive. The rebuild has started but has been going for 3 days...

If you had all 5 2TB drives installed in the system when you did the first power up (buillding the raid array) then you should be able to expand up to 16 TB.
On the other hand, if you powered up with 1 drive installed, and put in the rest afterwards, then you can't expand beyond 10 TB available space in the volume, unless you do a factory reset.
BTW, many of us have discovered the hard way that RAID does not eliminate the need for backups. You should create one before you continue to troubleshoot your expansion problem.
