Health status not available

When I click on status and then health, I get a blank screen (ReadyNas Duo). It has the Device, Description, Status headings but nothing underneath. On the front screen I have this:
Hostname: Markt

Model: ReadyNAS Duo [X-RAID]
Serial: <REMOVED BY MODERATOR>
Firmware: RAIDiator 4.1.10 [1.00a043]
Memory: 256 MB [2.5-3-3-7]

IPv4 address:: 192.168.1.79

Volume C: Online, X-RAID, 2 disks, 33% of 461 GB used

and I have green lights everywhere indicating both disks are fine. I can access them and see the data but just get nothing on the health screen. Any thoughts? Thanks

    Don't post the serial number. No need for that. If anything post a tech support case number.

    What web browser and version are you using?

    Can you try clearing your web browser cache (e.g. Temporary Internet Files in IE or Safari > Reset Safari > Clear Website History in Safari)?

    Did you close the web browser and reopen it after removing Temporary Internet Files?

    Have you tried a different web browser?
  • Bizarre - it works in Google Chrome but still doesn't work in IE10. Any reason? Any adjustment?

    Compare the release dates of IE10 and 4.1.10. If IE10 was released after or around the same time it's likely that a browser update broke compatibility.
