Help - Share empty after uninstalling Twonky

After deciding I did not want to use Twonky I uninstalled it. After waiting for about 10 minutes I also decided to restart the NAS unit just to clear things up after the uninstall, because its directory structure was still in place and I noticed that all 3,000 of my movies in my Video Share were now gone. Upon reboot the Twonky directory structure was not there and neither were my 3,000 movies, the Video Share was empty. What is comforting is that I can still see and view the movies on my WDTV Media Player and also on Windows Media Players on PC's. However, if I go and look at the share itself on Windows Explorer its empty. As per a recommendation I also installed SSH before I did the install. I am comfortable with using SSH if someone has the commands that will get this working again. Or is it as simple as something else. I do have ReadyDLNA running and ITunes Server. I can get to the rest of my shares on the NAS unit. I am just not sure how to fix the share. And I do not wish to start messing with it in fear that the movies might actually disappear. As a side note I did find it strange that once Twonky was installed that all the movies disappeared out of the share and about 8 different Twonky directories and DB's were put in their place. I have a ReadyNAS Ultra 6 Plus RAIDdiator 4.2.19.I would appreciate any assistance. Thank you in advance.

Would have found it if I was looking over in the Streaming Forums.
