Home Folder snapshots missing for some users
Using RN4312S with 6.9.5
In Home Folders, some users have snapshots, others do not. Is there a way to add snapshots to users without?
Missing snapshot folders are NOT visible from:
- Command line
- "Home Folders" web page
- Browsing shares via web interface
Background: I have one user who has been storing files to their Home Folder and wanted to recover a file, but no snapshot folder was available.

You can see if the users has snapshots enabled by going to (from the web GUI): Shares --> click the little cog wheel next to Home Folders --> select Settings --> to go the second tab: Snapshot Access. Does the user in question have "Protection" selected here? If not, then there is no snapshots being created for that user's home folder.
