How do I do a full restore of [c] from attched USB drive?

Any ideas why I am not seeing "Volume: c" as a valid destination when creating a Restore job?
Backing up to USB drive is all well and good .. but I am having to copy files from my USB drive to the c volume by drag-n-drop. Not ideal, as it routes the files over the network and back through my PC.
