How do i setup raid on my ready nas duo v2 after buying a new hard drive.

I have a Ready NA Duo v2 with 2 seagate 3TB disks in.

RAIDar was showing that one of the disks was going to fail so I purchased a new identical drive and pu it in the drive.  RAIDar sees the new drive but it hasnt set up RAID as it says

"Volume C Raid level X2. Not redundant.A disk failure will render this volume dead.  2237GB (80%) of 2768 GB used"

Please can someone help me to set this new drive up on raid so I dont lose my photographs and home videos!

Thanks

    Hi markauty,

Reboot the ReadyNAS while the new drive is seated in one of the bays. Open the RAIDar utility and check if the drive has been detected and if the LED is blinking (if its blinking, it's probably doing a sync). If it still won't start the resync process on the said drive, turn the ReadyNAS off again then do the hot swap procedure.

    Kind regards,
