How long does tier 3 support take ?
My NV+ V2 lost all my files and is currently in debug mode as requested by tier2 support awaiting tier 3 support. How long will I have to wait and how do I know when there done ? Cheers.

I assume you are paying for the support.
If that is the case, given the problem you have, over 48 hours is not acceptable.
I would have already called them by now.
