How long does tier 3 support take ?
My NV+ V2 lost all my files and is currently in debug mode as requested by tier2 support awaiting tier 3 support. How long will I have to wait and how do I know when there done ? Cheers.

Well it is the weekend. I would wait and see if a L3 tech takes a look at it shortly after the weekend.
