How long does tier 3 support take ?

My NV+ V2 lost all my files and is currently in debug mode as requested by tier2 support awaiting tier 3 support.

How long will I have to wait and how do I know when there done ?

    DId support advise as to why the disks slept and woke straight up again?

    I think Transmission could have prevented the disks from sleeping for any length of time. If Transmission was active it would have been reading/writing. The OS is stored on a 4GB OS partition.
  • Support couldn't see why, just suggested disabling the addons. I have now done this so only time will tell. I was just wondering if anyone else had a similar problem with either of these addons. I am not so worried about the photos but I did want to use transmission.
    The problem was still there when transmission had nothing running.

    When there were no torrents running? Even seeding would require use of the disks.
  • No downloads or no seeding I should have said. Interestingly the problem didn't really occur until photos 2 did an update. I happened to click on it to see what it was about and it did an update.
