OS is version 6.10.10 on the NAS, For the APC side I have update all firmware on the UPS and the NMC card.
Maybe I need to go on battery and see if it will shutdown properly. I only tried the Control shutdown of the outlet with a wait time to shutdown. The PC shutdown gracefully but the NAS did nothing.

A good way to test that is to connect the NAS to a wall outlet instead of the UPS and have another load on the UPS. Then unplug the UPS and see if the NAS shuts down at the appropriate time. That way, should it not shut down, you don't have an improper power interruption to the NAS.
