how to restore time machine backup from readynas

My macbook pro hard drive recently crashed and I need to restore my backup from time machine to the new hard drive.

On the readynas front view I can see data is on the drives however, I don't see where the time machine back up is.

Is there a simple process to restore the latest TM backup from my readynas to the new hard drive?
Any help would be appreciated.

The process for newer versions of Mac OS X than when the guide was written should be similar. Of course for the latest versions of Mac OS X which don't have install DVDs you would use Internet Recovery, booting of the recovery partition or off a bootable USB key you created to install Mac OS X.
