You actually have a v1 (sparc) platform, not a v2 (arm) platform. 4.1.x firmware only runs on v1 platforms, so there is no doubt. The manufacturing label is confusing, if you want a more complete explanation you can look here: http://www.rnasguide.com/2012/01/09/how ... -or-nv-v2/
You need to switch to flexraid, and set up RAID-0 for each drive. Don't group the two drives into a single volume, as that is fragile. If either drive fails, you lose the entire volume.
