It can be tricky to do the reset w/o a front panel. The sequence is well described on page 16 of the hardware manual I linked above. But if your system is already running, there is an easier way. Log into frontview, and go to system->update. There's a factory default tab there.
After you start the reset, you have about 10 minutes to connect with RAIDar. As soon as the setup button appears, press it.
