How to set up my networks to access my NAS with ReadyCloud

May I know the model number of your ReadyNAS?
You may check first the Internet and Service status of the NAS. You can do that by logging in to the local admin page of the NAS then go to the Cloud tab. Both the Internet and Service should have a green check on them On the same tab, you can also check there if the ReadyCLOUD service is enabled or not.

My model number is a RN31400 Firmware 6.10.3
Under the cloud tab it says internet not available. The ReadyCloud service is on/Green

Your NAS is not connected to the Internet which is the reason it is not able to connect to ReadyCLOUD. I just noticed that your Orbi router (192.168.200.2) and the NAS (192.168.0.152) are not on the same subnet. You may try changing the IP address of your NAS on the same subnet with your Orbi router. You may use the IP address of 192.168.200.152 and change the default gateway to 192.168.200.2.
It will also be better to just set the NAS to obtain an IP address automatically from the router, then just reserve the obtained IP address on the router.

You have a double-NAT situation, which is not the way you should set it up. Sometimes is kinda works, but it's not the best way to do things. All devices should be on the same subnet, with only the cable modem or the Orbi set to provide DHCP.
If you don't need anything other than the Orbi connected to the cable modem, then another option is to set the modem to pass-through mode and let the Orbi handle everything else.

It will work if set up correctly though.
The issue here is that the NAS is connected to the Orbi, but is set to use a static IP address for the Spectrum.
An alternative to changing the addresses is to use address reservation in the Orbi, and DHCP in the NAS. The spectrum gateway can also be set up that way.

This would be the ideal mode. Or perhaps put the Orbi in AP mode.

Understood on the double-NAT. Here is what I am trying to accomplish.
I am in Europe (The Spectrum is actually a Vodaphone Cable Modem now) - no idea how to set it up in pass-thru mode. It doesn't allow me access to the same level of features that the Spectrum did in the US - which I did have set to pass-thru.
I have one router connected to the modem which is running DD-WRT and OpenVPN with ExpressVPN to provide a US IP so I can maintain my US Netflix, Prime, Hulu etc.
I have my orbi router connected to the modem which provides ALL my normal connectivity in the house (that dosn't require a US IP) - both WiFi and Ethernet through the satellites (the NAS for instance is connected to the Orbi network through ethernet and a satellite.
I guess what I'm asking is - if I can't use pass-thru on the modem - how can I maintain two routers on the network (one for my OpenVPN; one for all my other connectivity)?
Can you give me some examples of IP gateways/subnets/modes I can use?
