http acces to setup wizard ask for auth in loop
Hi. I'm just instaled a ReadyNAS NV+ (it's still on disk synchronization)
I'm trying to get in the http setup wizard (the one which "setup" buton on RAIDar opens) but the http server keep asking me the user and password in loop.
It has a firmware version 4.1.7
Any help? It's a normal behaviour?

- theistianAspirantSeems like that faq and the software guide is not correct.
My ReadyNAS NV+ hadn't the default password for that model and came with RAIDiator 4.0+ instead.
The faq says clearly that ReadyNAS NV+ has another default password and software guide only reflects that wrong password. - PapaBear1ApprenticeIf it is in a loop, then you are entering the wrong userid and password. The software guide that StephenB provided the link to is for version 2 running RAIDiator 5.3.x. Since you are running 4.1.7, you have a version 1 unit and the user id is admin (cannot be changed) and the default password from the factory is netgear1. Anytime you do a factory default or OS reinstall it will return to this password.

Oddly enough, that is what the link I posted said :wink:PapaBear wrote: I..Since you are running 4.1.7, you have a version 1 unit and the user id is admin (cannot be changed) and the default password from the factory is netgear1. I posted the link because I thought he might have gotten a v2....Starting with RAIDiator 4.0, login and password is 'admin' and 'netgear1'. Please make sure you change the admin password after doing a factory default...
