I can't regain ownership of files

The firmware is 6.1.8
Yes I have used the reset button and also just again now.
So for the share "Music" the permissions are drwxrwxrwx guest/guest
Subfolder (Artist) drwxrwxrwt
Subfolder (Album) drwxrwxrwt
File (Song) -rwxrwxrwx
Grant rename and delete privilages of non owner of files is checked
Both subfolders have the "t" on the end
I still can't rename/delete files (Songs) using ftp
BTW. FTP has everyone as read/write
