i updated firmware to 6.7.5 and now my iphone will not connect to readynas102
I updated the firmware to the readyNAS to 6.7.5. Access to the readyNAS from my PC is fine *it does not see the \\readynas102 path anymore but ethernet address works fine. HOWEVER, my iphone (updated to latest os) sees the readynas but will NOT connect to it.
I deleted the app a couple of times, but it will not connect to the device even though it sees it.
i think that i found it. I logged into the readynas. The readycloud service had gotten turned off. As soon as I re-enabled it, the service started working on both devices. Thanks for your help.

Hello tmarkn,
With the iphone are you referring to a remote(ReadyCloud) or local access? For Readycloud make the ReadyCloud user you are using to on you iphone has read/write access permission. Can you access the NAS via ReadyCoud web portal?

I am accessing the readynas on my home network. I have not really tried to access it via the web. The home network was working before the firmware upgrade. It does not seem to be the read/write permissions since it recognizes the readynas but it stays offline. it would need to bring it online before read/write permissions are checked isn't it.
also, the readynas works fine from my PC. However, i now realize the my android tablet stopped working with is as well.
