Hello, I'm new here, and having the same problems as the OP.
I'm running a ReadyNAS Duo, RAIDar 4.3.4 on OS X Lion. AFP protocol.....although I don't know is another is preferred. Any help would be appreciated! This happens during large file transfers, or just after time. I have both an iMac and Macbook air connected to the NAS share and both behave the same.
Especially frustrating is iTunes constantly losing track of files and giving the '!' next to all of the songs.
Thanks,
Dennis
