Is it possible to select volume C on the Pro as the Rsync backup source from OS6 on the 102? I tried this on the 104 and couldn't find a way to specify volume C. Maybe I missed something simple?

If that's the case, I wonder if snapshots would still work if the backup NAS is automatically powered on and off? (btw, I tested sending WOL from Frontview on the Pro and it works great.)
