Internal PSU for RND-4D RN10400 Where can I find one

Hi,

I need to find a new Internal

PSU for a readynas RND-4D RN10400

The problem is that the unit will not power on properly. Sometimes if you wiggle the connector into the machine you get power, so maybe a poor connection somewhere. The external adapter seems to be working ok.

This is a 4pin power unit.

Thank you.

I don't think there is an "internal PSU" - just a connector for the power brick.

Is the unit under warranty?  That is three years for the original purchaser.

      Thanks.

Is there a part number for the connector?

Netgear doesn't provide a repair service or sell parts - they just RMA the unit if it fails under warranty.

I believe the connector itself is a common component, but I don't how easy it would be to replace it.
