Internal PSU for RND-4D RN10400 Where can I find one

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I need to find a new InternalPSU for a readynas RND-4D RN10400&nbsp;The problem is that the unit will not power on properly. Sometimes if you wiggle the connector into the machine you get power, so maybe a poor connection somewhere. The external adapter seems to be working ok.&nbsp;This is a 4pin power unit.&nbsp;Thank you.

If you can wiggle the connector and get it to work, the problem is most likely not in the supply, but the connector on the NAS -- quite possibly a broken solder joint.&nbsp; If you want to try another supply, others have reported that the &nbsp;LI SHIN 0219B1280 works.&nbsp; It's a 12V supply, but uses a different connector than most to prevent the use of a supply with less than 90W capability.

I don't think there is an "internal PSU" - just a connector for the power brick.

Is the unit under warranty?&nbsp; That is three years for the original purchaser.

Netgear doesn't provide a repair service or sell parts - they just RMA the unit if it fails under warranty.
&nbsp;
I believe the connector itself is a common component, but&nbsp;I don't how easy it would be to replace it.
