ip assignment issues
hi. apologies if this isn't posted in the right place. i'm struggling to connect with my readynas ultra 4 and i cannot figure out the following: i am using an almond+ router that assigns ip address...
hi, folks.
wanted to close the loop.
unplugged everything. checked all of the connections through the switch. also swapped out one or two of the cables. finally, it not only pulled an ip within the right scope of numbers on my network (and not the default one), but it also re-pulled the one it had been assigned weeks ago when my setup was all good and running the way i want. that means i won't have to configure a bunch of devices, which is just great.
