Unusual case. Your RAIDar screenshot shows 2 different NAS's,
one on 2.100 and the 2nd on 192.168.2.11.
One thought: Is there a MAC address / IP binding active on your
router /DHCP server?
A 2nd suggestion is to do an OS-reinstall. This would reset IP to
default, and it would pick up DHCP.
