Unusual case. Your RAIDar screenshot shows 2 different NAS's,
one on 2.100 and the 2nd on 192.168.2.11.
This is normal, i have two different NAS
1x ReadyNAS Ultra 4 (supposed to be 192.168.2.10, currently on 192.168.2.100)
1x ReadyNAS Ultra 4 Plus (192.168.2.11, working correctly)

router /DHCP server?
Sorry i don't know what it is so i can't tell if i have that active or not.
The NAS was working perfectly 1 week ago and it suddently started changing IP by itself. I haven't touched anything to my router configuration or even to readynas configuration since many months, so i don't think it is a router problem. Also my other ReadyNAS (the "plus" one) has the same config and it is working perfectly right now.
