yep, i think i did switch the ethernet cables recently. I just tried switching them back, but the IP is still 192.168.2.100 after reboot :(
"Cables", plural? I was suggesting that just one end of one cable was moved -- from one of the sockets on the back of your Ultra 4 to the other socket on the back of your Ultra 4. Each socket has its own MAC; your router probably can't be configured to assign .10 to both MACs, so if it sees the wrong one it will just pick an IP address out of its DHCP pool, which probably starts at .100.
