iSCSI Expand Successful but Not Provisioned

iSCSI existing  2TB MBR disk with lots of data (dB, mail) expanded successfully to 3TB leaving the existing 2TB and 1TB of additional space.  I am unable to use a commercial product or Windows disk mgt to convert the MBR to GPT to truely expand the existing iSCSI disk to 3 TB.

Other then creating a new iSCSI disk with 3TB and formated to GPT and copying the data over, what options are there to make the additional 1 TB of space available to truely expand the existing disk?

Thanks...

    Hello edecanus,

If you are using GPT, you can turn it offline to expand. The MBR format is limited to 2TB so I think there is no option but to delete and convert to GPT.
