Issue with Domain permissions

Hi,

 

I have netgear readynas 314 and i have a problem to set domain level permissions. Before access was setup for everyone and now i want to setup for induvisual users. To resove the issue i have updated its firmware on latest version and rejoin the domain. i can see the list of my all domain users and can select particual user but after saving the settings still user is not able to access the folder. it says to provide the user name and password.

 

Please help me to resolve the issu.

      Hi,

       

      Thanks for the advice, i have set the permission via explorer as mentioned in the article but but now insisde the shared folder each file is read only and not allowing to edit anything. additionally if you create any folder or file inside the same folder it is alloswing to delete and edit.

      Please advice on above.

      Forgot to mention users are set with full control on security but still can't edit or delete exsiting data.
