iTunes service does not start

Hi, I noted this problem back in June 2017 (

http://tinyurl.com/y9cfqeqh)

and saw someone else had the same problem two years ago

http://tinyurl.com/y9buxdk4

Can someone PLEASE help me get this working? It's not the browser. The iTunes service button either doesn't come on, or comes on briefly then turns off. I'm on latest firmware 6.9.2. This used to work a year ago. I forget which firmware version broke this. Thanks.
